It seems to me that legal tech is particularly behind in many places, but yes! – whatever kind of work you do it’s important to master seemingly-unrelated (tech) skills to make it better and easier.

Also... with social media- it is important to understand this communication/collaboration medium for more than just personal branding-- it's not only how, but where people are publishing information on themselves and each other (which always has legal implications? I'm a tech nerd not a legal one, but i have a general idea) Additionally, as social media continues to change (and web 2.0 turns into web 3.0 and upward), it's going to be increasingly important for millennials (us) in any profession to have a good understanding of what the impact is on THEIR profession... it could be the one factor that has you stand out from the "rest." ...and today, who wouldn't want that? I agree with this completely.
